JEAN-CLAUD
I was the shy kid in school. Growing up, I struggled massively with confidence and always feeling like the little skinny kid and was still struggling out of school. I loved going to the gym a couple of times a week from age 16 with friends but never took it seriously, but then fell in love with training and staying healthy.
Age 19-20 I put my head down and decided to really up my game with fitness and learned about nutrition and training a lot more. What I found in doing this was amazing, my confidence was growing and felt so much better in my skin. I decided to push the limits and jump on a stage a couple of times and for me this was a massive achievement. After that I knew I wanted to be in the fitness industry and work to help others get fit and healthy physically and also mentally.
I joined a gym as a PT but soon realised that I was not going to be able to help as many people as I want to. This is when I decided to create my program so that I can help so many people by sharing what I know and what I have learned on my journey.
What’s your health & fitness ethos?
I live by staying healthy and by making simple changes.
I also believe the training and nutrition has to be realistic so you can still enjoy other foods as the plan needs to be maintainable over a long period of time as it really is a lifestyle.
How will your program help people?
